Halloween Haunt 2024: Dollar Tree Does it Again!

Halloween decor from Dollar Tree features a blow mold Jack O'Lantern and lights.

For today's Halloween Haunt 2024, we're showing a new pickup from the local Dollar Tree. The first item is a blow mold-style jack o'lantern with a flaming light, similar to our previous ghost light. As you viewers can see in the video, it's not a weak flicker either, this is a bold, orange flame that stands out in the dark. The only unfortunate feature is that it is battery operated, requiring 3 AAA batteries.

The second item is a plastic figure that lights up with a multi-color light show with spooky sounds. One is a stack of jack o'lanterns, the other a trio of ghosts. In theory, they are supposed to activate when a sensor detects movement. My experience was that it wasn't terribly reliable. I wish they would just light up when turned on. These are great as they are about the size of the vintage wax air fresheners from the 1980s, making a decor piece that can easily fit in to your collection without much trouble. Both require two AAA batteries.
